Current digital electronic lock systems in production are the Knox 340 and 623 Series. Repair services are available for all prior system models. Please identify your specific lock system from the 120, 220, 340, 420, 620, or 623 Series shown in this section. Lock systems being returned for repair via FedEx or UPS should show the street address 3910 W. Central Avenue. Those senders using U.S. Postal Service should show the address as P.O. Box 813. Both addresses are in El Dorado, KS 67042. For telephone assistance to diagnose your specific problem and to determine if return is required, please phone 1-800-227-5260. All returns must be prepaid to one of the above noted addresses, and should contain sender's name, phone number and return address. A brief description of the problem is helpful. Please use appropriate internal packing material to avoid in-transit damage.
